Come join Intuit Small Business and Self Employed Group’s (SBSEG) Product Portfolio and Growth Strategy team as a Senior Manager focused on Growth Priorities and the Mid-Market Segment. This is a role on an exciting new team that is building out the long-term Strategy and overseeing execution for the Mid-Market customer segment globally.
Intuit is actively seeking a strategic leader who can assist with the Business Operations related to Mid-Market, driving work to deliver growth as well as supporting the regular operations of the Mid-Market segment. This person will need to establish partnership and influence across a larger cross-functional team in SBSEG, and will have broad exposure to many senior leaders. This will require very strong strategic, organizational,and initiative management skills, as well as clarity of communication and presentation abilities. Candidates should also have experience developing business and/or corporate strategies, connecting those to clear implementation plans, and have a proven track record in delivering results.
Responsibilities- Partner with the executive sponsors and accountable leaders to shape and drive an initiative-level strategy, defining and ensuring the end-to-end experience outcomes and overall initiative input and outcome goals (strategic, customer, financial)
- Shape strategy, drive execution, and constantly push your initiative forward, ensuring it is on the desired trajectory
- Surface opportunities and risks, outline data-driven strategic decisions, and frame actionable recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to successfully implement recommendations and be jointly accountable for outcomes
- Act as the source of truth on progress and impact, formalizing leading indicators and key milestones, working across teams to report on progress and ensure consistent narrative plus status roll up and metrics
- Build and maintain strong relationships across the Intuit and SBSEG leadership team to ensure that we are thinking holistically across multiple business segments and functions in the context of driving growth
- Design operating models and rhythms to enable effective decision making and information flow, run and facilitate business reviews and planning meetings to improve the way we work together
- 5-7+ years’ experience including roles in Business Operations, management consulting, or strategy in a large, matrixed environment
- Proven track record in leveraging data and insight-backed hypotheses and strategies, and experience driving through execution
- Experience driving large complex programs in coordination with a variety of cross-functional leaders
- Outcome-driven mindset with an ability to convert strategic plans into actions, drive projects to completion, and sweat the details to deliver outcome
- Outstanding communication skills appropriate for leadership-level audiences, visually communicating goals of program, relationship to business goals, and other relevant success criteria
- Able to explain complex topics and convince teams and executive stakeholders to take action
- Ability to synthesize various points of view in to a cohesive narrative and build a presentation or document for senior leader consumption
- High attention to detail, strong project management background, and proven ability to work successfully in a cross-functional environment
- FinTech and/or SaaS experience a plus, but not required
