Senior Manager, Seo

PandaDoc is looking for an analytical, brand-centric marketer to be our Senior Manager of Search Engine Optimization. 

You will be the owner of our organic channel acquisition and pipeline targets, reporting to the Director of Demand Generation. You will work with a team of SEO managers to build technical and content roadmaps that increase organic visibility and deliver value to our target audience.

This is a leadership role on the Marketing team. You will be a player-coach who mentors a high-performing SEO team, but can also dive into the details and help problem-solve on your own when needed.

You will work cross-functionally with Web Marketing, Content Marketing, Sales, and Marketing Operations to identify growth opportunities and drive measurable results for the business. 

• Team leadership: Build and lead a high-performing SEO team that's passionate about delivering amazing customer experiences through organic search. Think content creators, technical wizards, and SEO analysts, all under your leadership.
• Organic growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy that drives measurable results: increased organic traffic, higher rankings, and ultimately, more qualified leads for our sales team.
• Engaging content: Craft a backlog of compelling content that delivers tangible value to our target audiences and dominates search engines. You'll be the voice of SEO at PandaDoc, ensuring our content strategy aligns with search intent and user needs.
• Technical excellence: Partner closely with Web Marketing and our Web Engineers to ensure our website is search engine friendly by optimizing for crawlability, indexing, and site speed.
• SEO vision: Stay ahead of the ever-evolving SEO landscape. New algorithms, industry trends, and competitor strategies-keep our team informed and agile as trends change.
• Impact analysis: Analyze data with precision, identifying opportunities and optimizing for maximum impact. Understand which keywords and content drive the most efficient revenue outcomes and which underperforming keywords need to be cut.

• You're a well-rounded SEO expert with deep expertise from keyword research and content creation to technical optimization and link building. 
• You're a builder with experience starting and scaling SEO programs from the ground up. 
• You're a coach, a mentor, and a cheerleader who empowers everyone to reach their SEO potential.
• You know how to create content that both search engines and humans love, and have a passion for understanding the user experience. 
• You use excellent communication and presentation skills to share data-driven insights.
• You're always learning, evolving, and pushing the boundaries. You have a relentless curiosity and passion for marketing. 

• 5+ years of experience leading and managing successful SEO teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
• You have a proven track record of driving organic traffic and growth.
• Expertise in global SEO programs operating across multiple languages 
• Expertise in SEO best practices and tools.

The annual base salary range for this position is $120K - $150K USD
This position is also eligible for a bonus in accordance with the relevant plan documents. The annual bonus opportunity is up to Up to $15K Variable USD
