Reporting to the Director of Sales Training and Development, you will be responsible for learning and development solutions for our Key Account and Category Management teams across Red Bull North America (RBNA) and Red Bull Canada (RBCA), conducted through the implementation of Red Bull's "Sales Athlete" training curriculum. You will use your own key account management experience to adapt a global training strategy for relevant learning solutions. These include training programs, workshops, on-the-job tools, eLearning, and other interactive course content. You will oversee all aspects of training events and execution aligned with our brand standards. You will oversee and enhance all Key Account and Category Management training programs, including project management, content creation, and training facilitation. You will also manage the Sales athlete-related coaching of Key Account Managers and KA people managers.

- IMPLEMENT SALES ATHLETE CURRICULA
Manage and adapt global Sales Athlete strategy to ensure learning solutions are aligned with our goals.
Lead in-person training programs.
Launch programs and supporting resources for employees and managers to increase skills and career development opportunities that support performance.
Lead the complete development of all Key Account and Category Management custom learning solutions including: programs, workshops, job aids, handbooks, and multimedia visual aids.
Lead the analysis and assessment of training needs for individuals, teams, and projects for both the Key Account and Insight organizations.
Maintain a library of training content including PowerPoint presentations, guides, activities, videos, etc.
Train Sales leadership on Key Account and Category Management content that develops their ability to help implement important selling and negotiation training programs. - MEASUREMENT AND ADAPTATION
Establish metrics/assessments to measure performance of all curricula and learning activities for both Key Accounts and Category Management.
Implement processes to collect information on post-program behavior adoption of learners to ensure learning retention and results.
Lead post-training direct coaching to strengthen behavior change with the learner and respective manager.
Evaluate data and summarize Category Management on effectiveness; recommend training or process modifications.
Assess instructor performance and learning programs to recommend improvements to learning content and instructor presentation methods. - BUSINESS PARTNERSHIPS
Build relationships with partners in the Key Account and Category Management organizations, ensuring all learning activities are aligned with RBNA sales priorities.
Develop RBNA and market-specific solutions, own relationship with global Sales Athlete partners to recommended and create additional content.
Collaborate with SMEs, partners and vendors across geographies on goals, course content, and communication strategy.
Manage the development of learning solutions.
Assess and use vendor programs that meet instructional and learning goals.
Provide feedback to global team memebers on program efficacy and recommendations to enhance content, grounded in post program analysis. - LOGISTICS AND PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Manage respective project plans and timelines; coordinate training events when needed through Red Bull's Learning Management System (LMS).
Improve current resource libraries and training databases.
Create and distribute communication for respective learning solutions.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise

- 8+ years in CPG Sales (Beverage experience is a plus)
- Experience facilitating classroom training programs
- Experience implementing training measurement processes
- Understanding of adult learning theory, and learning desisn/development skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- Must be fluent in English, additional languages an advantage
- Travel 30-40%
