WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
As a Senior Manager for Regulatory programs, the individual will be responsible to ensure effective and efficient operational support of various Technology Operations pillars across areas such as group management, team effectiveness, communications, financial management, and operational reporting, with specific regard to Regulation W standards.
You will support development and management of the Regulation W compliance framework for all of Technology teams in the bank and work with partners like Legal, Tax, Compliance, Finance, and technology service teams.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Develop program documentation supporting Regulation W per organizational standards.
- Build and perform necessary reporting to satisfy Regulation W and Finance requirements.
- Work with teams to build RACI, Service Catalogue, Tooling and system support data and operating model.
- Create and maintain program plan, RAID log, and financial data pertaining to service & standards.
- Supports monthly update with Senior Management on program progress.
- Contribute and recommend development of target operating model regarding cross border regulations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the stakeholders and their delegates.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have:
- Demonstrated experience working with cross border legislation such as Regulation W requirements.
- In depth knowledge of transfer pricing and financial concepts of charge backs between legal entities.
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation skills.
- Ability to plan a large-scale regulatory program with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Deadline and purposeful; able to meet consistently high-quality standards with simultaneous workstreams.
Nice-to-have:
- PMP, CSM, CFA, equivalent or project management / finance experience would be an asset.
- Experience working in a in technology, financial services organization with cross border operations.

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $110,000 - $190,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate's experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
