Job description

The Senior Manager of Provider Network Development is responsible for managing the team responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key business partners to achieve the organization’s growth objectives. This position will develop, implement, and operationalize partnerships with best-in-class service providers for Facility Management industry trades. This role has significant responsibility over strategic partnership opportunities with collaboration across multiple senior leaders. The Sr. Manager will be the external face to key strategic accounts and will be responsible for driving ServiceChannel’s mission with key partners in the Facility Management industry that make a positive impact in driving high-quality, cost-effective service levels!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a large team that activates and onboards approved service providers to ServiceChannel’s Marketplace programs to help meet client and departmental expectations.
  • Accountable to uphold specific KPIs and measurables to ensure company goals are met.
  • Build strong relationships with service providers, enabling you to be the eyes and ears of the ServiceChannel Marketplace programs.
  • Report high level metrics and countermeasures to company executives on a weekly basis.
  • Leverage FBS tools to execute through existing processes and continuously find areas of opportunity to create efficiencies through new processes.
  • Develop participating service providers during onboarding - helping them to understand their performance metrics within each program and increase their opportunities within each program.
  • Instill ServiceChannel’s marketplace vision to industry professionals.
  • Engage in company initiatives to learn the entire business and contribute to the goals set by our executive team.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in a facilities management role, specifically pertaining to provider recruitment, onboarding, and management.
  • Display a general sense of leadership, poise, dignity, decisiveness, and confidence.
  • A demonstrated ability to provide support and guidance to a large team, particularly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn new tasks and software solutions.
  • Adaptive and responsive to feedback and open to updating processes where required.
  • A positive attitude to ensure service providers have the best possible experience working with ServiceChannel.
  • Willingness and desire to ask, learn, advance, achieve and engage with cross-functional team members.
  • Ability to work independently from home.
  • Proficient in MS Office.

National: The salary range for this position is $79,700 - $147,900

Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
