The Opportunity:
Your role at Sephora... Lead Beauty Insider Partnerships for Sephora in the United States, capitalizing upon the current innovative spirit to drive Beauty Insider member acquisition, loyalty and financial growth for Sephora. This position requires strategic vision, strong cross functional relationship building skills, analytical acumen, the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders, an understanding of technology and legal execution, and regularly interacts with Executive Leaders.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Beauty Insider Member Acquisition & Engagement:
  • Lead efforts to maximize existing Sephora at Kohl's, Instacart and DoorDash partner relationships to acquire and engage Beauty Insider members
  • Own all the ways we provide member value via partnerships to grow member participation, including points, product, discounts, % earn, access
  • Work with internal and external Leadership on new member acquisition goals for retail and ecommerce channels where applicable
  • Strategize with internal and external marketing teams on the creation of all marketing campaigns and activations
  • Monitor redemption and participation KPIs and identify ways to improve member health and engagement to drive overall Sephora business.
  • Drive S@K Beauty Insider program budget, coordinating with Finance and Analytics on metric forecasting to ensure we meet revenue targets
  • Manage point earn and burn estimates, in close coordination with Analytics and Finance teams
  • Identify creative activations, including contests and events, to drive Field Team advocacy
  • Partnership Innovation:
  • Work with Loyalty leadership, VP of Growth and VP of Omni Partnerships to identify and vet potential partners and highlight Beauty Insider program considerations.
  • Coordinate with key internal and external stakeholders to inform financial models, timelines, legal documents, tech and marketing integration
  • Develop recommendations and execute Partner innovation for Beauty Insider, identifying tests and new benefit constructs that drive greater outcomes for loyalty and Sephora.
  • Work with client research and external resources to identify areas of opportunity to deliver member growth and engagement through partners.
  • Technology:
  • Strategize and implement new partner functionality and enhancements in coordination with internal and external Product development and IT teams
  • Inform annual roadmap planning process to ensure program needs are captured and prioritized
  • People Leadership:
  • Lead a team of 1, and contract resources as necessary, to deliver program results
  • Ensure the career pathing and development of direct report

We would love to hear from you if you meet the following:
  • 10+ years' experience in marketing, program management, strategy and/or loyalty; agency or retail experience preferred
  • Proven ability to lead complex cross functional programs and partnerships
  • Able to lead and develop the careers of their team
  • Excellent technical skills - MS Office (specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional organizational skills;
  • Strong time management skills; ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Can-do positive attitude and a roll-up-your-sleeves approach
  • Personable and flexible with demands and changes in business
  • Passion for Sephora, our programs, clients, beauty associates and marketing

The annual base salary range for this position is $124,000.00 - $160,000.00 The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses.
