Senior Manager, Paid Search

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Paid Search to join our Performance Marketing team. As the primary driver of the Paid Search channel, this individual will play a crucial role in advancing our inbound lead generation and revenue growth. Succeeding in this prominent position necessitates a blend of robust business acumen, top-tier SEM skills, analytical prowess, and exceptional leadership capabilities to guide a team of motivated Paid Search specialists.

Location - We are flexible on remote working from home, if you are located in the USA and in one of the following states  - TX, FL, CA, NC, GA, CT, KS, VA, or ME. We have physical offices in Austin, TX and Tampa, FL

What You’ll be Doing

• Oversee a global Paid Search budget exceeding eight figures across Google and Bing search, ensuring efficient allocation, tracking, and measurement of ROI.

• Lead and coach a global Paid Search team, providing feedback and guidance to optimize their performance and foster career development.

• Develop and execute profitable Paid Search strategies and testing roadmaps to capture inbound leads and drive revenue growth.

• Partner with CRO to implement landing page testing and personalization initiatives to enhance campaign effectiveness.

• Track, report, and forecast KPIs across various pre and post-sales funnel sources, making data-driven, calculated decisions to achieve successful results aligned with company goals..

• Collaborate with other marketing functions to optimize the sales funnel, test new digital experiences, and align messaging with company goals.

• Simplify complex concepts for executive leaders and stakeholders, delivering them through clear and effective communication.

• Expertly apply knowledge of Paid Search platforms, tools, and technologies, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.

• Expand and optimize Paid Search strategies for a global audience with multi-language reach, ensuring effective communication and resonance across diverse markets.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and innovations in Paid Search and team leadership.

About You

• 8+ years of experience in Paid Search marketing (3+ in a leadership capacity), either in an agency or in-house environment, preference given to experience in B2B SaaS.

• Proven track record of delivering positive ROI in executing an 8-figure annual budgets with global, multi-language reach

• Expert knowledge of Paid Search platforms, tools, and technologies, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, & Google Tag Manager required

• Demonstrated success in SEM, adept at optimizing Paid Search campaigns for impactful lead generation and enhanced online visibility.

• Experience with demand generation and sales-led GTM is required

• Experience with landing page testing and personalization preferred

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, showcasing a proven track record of successfully taking calculated risks

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to executive levels

• Demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts simply and effectively

Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to location, market demands, experience, job-related knowledge, and skills. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage and PTO. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $00,000 to $00,000 per year.
