Senior Manager, Operations & Strategy

About the team

Angi is seeking an analytical and energetic operator to help drive Operations and Strategy for one of our fastest growing business teams. In this role, you will own strategy development and execution of projects to support the growth of Company Pros within Angi Services' marketplace.

The scope of this mandate is broad and will evolve with the business - you'll be responsible for analyzing our biggest opportunities, growing Company Pro engagement on the platform, and ensuring we have the right processes and product features enabled for our pros. You will be responsible for driving strategy and identifying gaps and opportunities to optimize company engagement metrics. You'll work closely with counterparts in Category Management, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Experience and Legal to solve challenging problems.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end operations for Pro companies: improving performance across acquisition, conversion, retention, and quality
• Test hypotheses quickly! Build and scale new processes to better engage Pros with the business and to gather insights that drive further growth
• Conduct data analysis, market research, and user research to identify opportunities
• Be the champion of our Company Pro base by owning every aspect of the Company Pro experience. Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (from Product to Customer Service) to drive key improvements
• Lead a team of agents to acquire, onboard, and retain companies on the Angi Services platform

Who you are

• An exceptional operator who has experience in tech marketplaces (startups preferred) and strategy (Top Tier consulting firms - or Investment Banking preferred)
• 4+ years of professional experience with evidence of increasing responsibility
• Analytical and structured problem solver, willing to get to the details and uncover key insights
• Strategic and tactical experience designing, building and executing scalable processes from scratch, ideally in an operations-intensive environment
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing collaborative, results-oriented teams
• Superior communication skills and attention to detail
• Entrepreneurial mindset, willing to get hands dirty and adapt to a fast-paced work environment
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills with deep knowledge of Excel and ideally proficiency in SQL

Compensation & Benefits

• The salary band for this position rangesfrom $115,000 - $145,000commensurate with experience and performance. Compensation may vary based on factors such as cost of living.
