The Senior Manager of IT Applications at PCC Community Markets leads the team responsible for designing and supporting a suite of custom-built applications, databases, and integrations as well as owning a variety of Enterprise SaaS applications. This role is a core member of PCC’s Information Technology Team. This role is responsible for developing and executing IT strategies, which include organizing, guiding, and managing the team to meet the desired goals.
This hands-on Application leadership role offers the opportunity to create, grow, and mature processes and standards within the team and drive projects to improve the user experience and team efficiency. The Senior Manager of IT Applications acts as an engineer as well as a resource, mentor, and leader of a team including conducting performance reviews and evaluating work and progress towards team objectives.

REQUIRED:
- BS / MS in Information Technology and/or 8+ years of IT Leadership experience.
- 5+ years of experience in object-oriented software development using Microsoft .Net, ASP, .Net MVC, Facets, C#, SQL Server, Multi -Tier Architecture, Micro services, Entity data model, Restful and WCF services
- Demonstrated ability to contribute to and make strategic decisions on planning, building, and deploying of proprietary and enterprise applications
- Successful experience developing, owning, and maintaining internal business applications, integrations, and data stores
- Proven track record of leading and mentoring IT teams that involve systems engineering and web development technologies
- Expertise in leading application development efforts from the ground up, as well as utilizing a variety of enterprise platforms such as AWS and Azure
- Extensive knowledge of best practices and current trends in the IT industry, such as ITSM and DevOps
- Deep database expertise including proficiency in Data Warehouse and associated analytics tools, writing and maintaining complex SQL queries, SSIS packages and SSRS reports
- Specialist in Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns
- Experience with MS .Net (Visual Studio) Developer and other commonly used IDEs such as Eclipse and Unix scripts
- Good understanding of DevOps concepts and process and CICD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, Jenkins, Bamboo, etc.
- Source code management using version control, preferably using Git and Azure DevOps
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels as well as lead technical design meetings
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and problem solve with excellent attention to detail
