Plans, organizes, coordinates, and supervises the operations of the Manufacturing facilities. Working in concert with Company Operations, Design, and Tooling Team Members, oversees the full manufacturing experience and/or internal services necessary for the world class operation of the business.
Main Duties Include:
- Responsible for managing multiple Departments and assigned front line Supervisory Team Members and managing their professional growth while providing performance-related feedback for their ongoing development.
- Deep understanding and application of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
- Responsible for development of quarterly Rocks in the Manufacturing arena and producing a weekly Score Card for ongoing management review.
- Conduct weekly Staff meetings to ensure Quarterly Goals are achieved.
- Ensure that proper Manufacturing procedures and processes are in place and followed by all so that products are produced within ISO Standards to customer specification.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, profitability, and competitiveness.
- Uphold and maintain Company Safety Policies and organize facility and systems to ensure a safe environment for both Employees and customers.
- Trouble shoot and ensure coordination with other Departments, such as Engineering and Sales, to deliver manufactured products on time to customers.
- Investigate and solve product and service complaints.
- Assist in the development and implementation of production policies – explain to staff as needed and required.
- Work alongside Senior Management to manage production costs, develop recommendations for process improvements and expand operational efficiency.
- Responsible for labor and material forecasting to support production demand and assuring staff coverage to meet target service levels.
- Represent Company at industry events and conferences – present as needed and requested in both external and internal venues and situations.
- Monitor and follow applicable laws and regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
4-year degree preferred, minimum 10 years direct Manufacturing Operations experience, Supervisory experience a must. Direct experience with and implementation of Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) required.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
