Compensation: $44.00 per hour, Paid Time off, Company 401k contributions, Health, dental, and vision insurance. Total Annual Compensation including benefits is $100,000.00

Senior Manager—Learning, Enablement & Design Job Overview:
The Senior Manager--Learning Enablement & Design executes the learning strategy to provide curricula, media, and learning program design and development expertise to the Business Technology Solutions organization within a global, research-based pharmaceutical client. This Senior Level position ensures the use of varied, appropriate methodologies effectively and efficiently developing engaging, robust learning programs in support of elevating the performance of the workforce. Partnering with Senior Leadership to ensure alignment with market trends is balanced with business objectives and priorities when driving the Learning Strategy. The Senior Manager has the ability and experience in summarizing and succinctly communicating to leadership and colleagues the status of training deliverables.
Senior Manager—Learning, Enablement & Design Soft Skills (Highly Desired Learning Based Role):
- Possesses impeccable communication skills and demonstrated problem-solving skills(resume).
- Strong executive communication, collaboration and influencing skills at a senior level
- Proven track record of getting stuff done and driving adoption
- Ability to perform amid ambiguity

Senior Manager- Learning, Enablement & Design Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (or ex-US equivalent) is required, in instructional design, training &
development or related field
- Must have 7+ years of adult learning related experience; 5+ years of experience preferably with
learning solutions design
- Training delivery experience with web-based training, eLearning, train-the-t, blended learning,
simulations, microlearning, action learning, mobile learning, and webinars
- Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning tools for skills building
pathways, and career streams
- Demonstration of successful curriculum design, leadership development, agile instructional
design, design thinking, innovation, project management, and adult learning competencies
strongly preferred
Senior Manager- Learning, Enablement & Design Job Responsibilities:
- The Senior Manager will effectively identify and lead high performing teams in support of the strategy and vision. Able to translate strategy into operations and manage multiple changing priorities.
- Build best in class Instructional Design and Media content to execute upon the training strategy that drives excellence within the ITSM areas of this global pharmaceutical client. The Senior Manager will quickly establish and maintain a culture aligned to the client’s predefined cultural pillars and all-inclusive Talent Acquisition Philosophy.
- The Senior Manager is a leader who works across divisions with training teams to establish best in class instructional design practices and content.
- The Senior Manager will collaborate closely with our pharmaceutical client and recognize industry curricula leaders to ensure alignment, determine future focus and share best practices.
- The Senior Manager will daily analyze and evaluate learning needs in support of business process including onboarding, skills gaps and reflecting regulatory requirements.
- The Senior Manager is responsible to regularly monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of curricula by creating and implementing measures to track outcomes and ensure alignment to business objectives.
- The Senior Manager proactively identifies learner goals and desired outcomes. Builds a content and media strategy to guide the process including educational content creation. Creates “blueprints” for others to follow.
- The Senior Manager must partner with SMEs to create educational content such as interactive courses, media and certifications. Maintains a deep understanding of how instructional design ties to the overall project.
- The Senior Manager can clearly define and articulate learning strategy, learner engagement, and program goals to all audience levels.
- The Senior Manager is accountable to estimate and coordinate instructional design and media resources needed to meet the learning strategy expectations.
- The Senior Manager effectively balances stakeholder input with curricula
- The Senior Manager provides subject matter expertise and coaching on instructional media, adult learning principles,
- eLearning design and development, and adult learning methodology. Develop and implement
communication plans in support of learning programs.
- May lead or participate in global, cross-functional initiatives/teams in support of business
priorities. Represent Process and Performance Learning during regulatory inspections, audits
and process improvement initiatives.
- Establish and maintain instructional design and media branding and templates that result in a
consistent standard of learning material deliverables. Establish and maintain a change control
process to manage learning requests, approvals, and training material updates.
- Manage processes and tools to establish and maintain training plans, learning imperatives and
training delivery via the learning management system.
