Job Description
PubMatic is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Manager of Learning & Development to lead our manager training and onboarding programs. In this role, you will play a key role in developing and implementing comprehensive training programs that equip our managers with the skills and knowledge they need to be successful leaders. You will also oversee the onboarding process for new employees joining our organization, ensuring that they are well-prepared to contribute to their teams.
What You’ll Do
Design, develop, and deliver manager training programs that cover key leadership skills, such as coaching, delegation, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted programs that align with business goals.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make continuous improvements based on data and feedback.
Manage the development and implementation of onboarding programs for new employees, and managers, including role-specific training, mentoring, and networking opportunities.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior leadership, HR, and managers.
Stay up to date on the latest trends and best practices in leadership development and adult learning.
Track and report on Learning & Development metrics to prove success efforts.
Who You Are
Bachelor's degree in human resources development, Education, or a related field or equivalent experience required.
10+ years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
Proven track record of success in designing and delivering training programs for managers and creation of learning paths and curriculums for new hire onboarding.
Experience with needs analysis, instructional design, and delivery methodologies.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Skilled at adapting to project constraints and resolving problems on your own.
Proficient in learning management platforms and SCORM development.

ATD Instructional Design Certification
Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Compensation And Benefits
Base Compensation Range: $125,000 - $160,000
In accordance with applicable law, the above salary range provided is PubMatic’s reasonable estimate of the base salary for this role. The actual amount may vary, based on non-discriminatory factors such as location, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities. In addition to salary PubMatic also offers a bonus, restricted stock units and a competitive benefits package.
