The Senior Manager, Human Resource Business Partner will provide leadership and functional HR generalist support to the PepsiCo Global Digital Products & Solutions function. This role has high senior leader interaction with frequent exposure to SVP and VP level leaders.

**This role will be based in Plano, TX or Purchase, NY**

• This role is the HR Business Partner to our SVP, Digital Products & Services (DPS)
• Responsible for building up the Global DPS organization by identifying critical capabilities and key roles to enable the global vision and strategy
• Partner with TA and Business Leaders to create and execute on the hiring plans
• Work with local HR Business Partners to ensure ongoing execution of the People strategy and core processes. Proactively provide analytics and insights that lead to actions to support our People strategy
• Ensure activities are in compliance with all state and federal employment laws and regulations (e.g., FMLA, ADA, EEO and FLSA)
• Partner with global HRBPs in support of data and digital employees
• Assist leadership in leading the performance management process and developing effective pipeline and succession plans through leading the People Planning process
• Understand the business operations from both a strategic, tactical and technical perspective
• Must be a confident communicator (including both written and verbal skills) and must be able to effectively present to all levels of the organization
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects with overlapping tasks and work independently with minimal supervision
• Assists in ad hoc projects in support of our global initiatives
