We drive the development of industry strategies and planning to optimize the company's products, solutions, partner programs, sales and marketing resources.

This role is both strategic and technical in nature and requires meaningful industry experience. You will build growth strategies in a collaborative manner across company stakeholders and help to develop new ideas based on your industry experience and contacts with customers and ecosystem partners. Responsibilities: Leads an Industry Strategy steering team and develops company business plans to ensure market share and revenue growth objectives.

Reviews the industry environment for competitor, technology, and customer trend analysis. Collaborates with the sales organization leadership to develop aligned strategic initiatives and Vertical Industry priorities. Recommends and provides investment priorities and solution requirements within Horizon1,2,and 3 product portfolio.

Works closely with internal stakeholders throughout the strategy development process in negotiating design trade-offs that may be needed, while preserving the requirements stated in the market requirements document (MRD). Works with content Marketing and Marketing Communications to ensure value proposition messaging factual content is correct, and aligned with the Vertical Industry Strategy. Qualifications: Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in STEM [Science, Technology, Engineering, Math] or related field of study required.

12+ years' experience, including at least 3 years managing multiple product managers (for large complex projects) in related discipline or technology industry. Advanced market knowledge in Healthcare Vertical, opportunities, technologies and solutions. Demonstrated experience assessing complex market landscapes and creating focused, integrated strategies.

Strong attention to detail and experience implementing complex products and systems. Preferred Qualifications: Self-starter. Ability to lead change.

Excellent interpersonal skills with strong ability to interact with C-suite customers and internal company leaders. Strong communication skills including written, verbal and oral presentation skills, as well as, ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from senior management, managers, clients and customers. Highly creative with ability to think strategically and develop strategic/business plans.

Adaptable, persuasive, tenacious, perceptive and able to execute a well-developed plan. Ability to technically understand how products fit in to create and deliver a solution Deep understanding of financial concepts including P&L, balances sheets, and ROI models with delivery of product through defined objectives. Strong planning and execution skills.

Organizational Agility: Matrix , direct and indirect management Understanding of the complex business go to market model Master's Degree. Salary: USD 150400.00 - USD 225600.00 Yearly Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience. Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs.
