Senior Manager, Final Art

The Senior Manager, Final Art will manage a team of senior level Final Artists. Responsible for approving production ready artwork. Organizing department priorities. Understanding Final Art is the last stop prior to production therefore it is imperative art is correct & printable. Recognized as an expert in Final Art execution. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a willingness to jump in on projects within our division and any collaborations within Centric Brands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Pre-review raw art packs prior to allocation.
• Approve completed arts to ensure art meets all criteria before sharing with factory.
• Clear communication for corrections and direction to team members and over seas partners.
• Effectively communicate outside the department regarding production art.
• Expert in print layout, two-way toss
• Keen eye for color
• Experience in color separations, sizing, & marker placements.
• Great understanding of printing techniques/ limitations as it applies to fabrication.
• Knowledge of patterns, appropriate nesting & maintenance marker library.
• Manage Walmart Style zone 3D initiatives.
• Understanding of tech packs and measurement sets
• Factory communication regarding production status, issues, & inquiries.
• Maintenance of production art server character colors and simplified art.
• Work with supervisor to achieve designer's expectations for each artwork.
• Must be aware of deadlines and schedule accordingly in a fast-paced environment.

Operations & Results:

• Seamless communication with supervisor on all art packs
• Recognizes the importance of accuracy.
• Ability pivot current process for better output
• Continue to grow and evolve in Browzwear programs.

Customers & Relationships:

• Create strong partnerships with PD Managers.
• Ability for build relationships cross departmentally.
• Communicate up & down effectively.
• Willingness to educate team as needed.
• Understanding individual account specific details.
• True team player

• Superior skills Illustrator and Photoshop
• Knowledge of 3D software, Lotta & Browzwear
• Ability to multitask & reprioritize to meet tight deadlines.
• Licensing experience preferred.
• Flex PLM experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Lotta and Browzwear a plus

Salary Range: $100,000 - $115,000

Our job postings include an annual base salary range at the time of employment. The stated base salary range represents our good faith estimate as to what candidates are likely to expect, and we tailor our offers within the range based on several factors, including the selected candidate's educational and professional experience, industry knowledge, location, technical and communication skills, and other factors that may prove relevant during the selection process. Base salary is a part of a total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, annual bonus and other Centric Brands sponsored benefit programs.
