Senior Manager, Digital Campaign Marketing
We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Digital Campaign Marketing manager with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering results. In this role, you will oversee the execution of our Digital Campaign efforts and the development of supporting marketing materials. Reporting directly to the Director of Demand Generation, your responsibilities will center around shaping and optimizing our Digital Campaigns. You will actively collaborate with the marketing team, cross-functional stakeholders, and external partners to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives.
This person is able to juggle big-picture thinking while also not being afraid to dive in and lend a hand with our marketing team's tasks when necessary. It's all about balance and teamwork!
Here is more of what you’ll get to do:
- Oversee the implementation of an overarching marketing strategy that covers all media and communications channels for multiple brands.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, like our internal marketing team, systems and development teams and agency partners.
- Oversee and manage the execution strategy of multiple projects simultaneously.
- Manage the allocated marketing budget given to ensure maximum cost-efficiency.
- Identify and monitor campaign performance indicators to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and make recommendations on optimization opportunities.
- Manage the development and implementation of marketing communications materials—videos, newsletters, blogs, paid media, digital tools, social media content, etc.
- Stay up to date with shifting marketing trends, client demographics and expectations, and key stakeholders’ requirements.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- 5+ years of integrated marketing experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven working experience within B2B, preferably within the SAAS industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent project management skills and managing multiple priorities at once.
- Strong interpersonal leadership skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns and experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising channels.
- Experience in implementing conversion rate optimizations best practices.
- Strong analytical expertise to set measurable goals and evaluate campaign effectiveness.
