Job Responsibilities:
- Drive multiple major enterprise churn reduction workstreams
- Define targeted offers, audiences, and cohorts (device, rate plan, service, and reactive save)
- Lead team responsible for managing a $100M+ annual base marketing budget
- Strategize and implement large scale base initiatives to achieve Churn, AAL, and up-sell metrics
- Define targeted offers (device, rate plan, service, and reactive save)
- Partner cross-functionally across the enterprise to identify, launch, and track large scale opportunities based on business, customer, and market insights within clearly defined operating principles
- Present to, collaborate with, and influence senior leadership up to the SVP level
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast paced and changing environment
- Manage business performance including tracking of results & contingency planning
Experience & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Analytics, Finance, Marketing Strategy, Pricing, Corporate Strategy, Consulting, Category Management, Data Science, Research Science, Statistics, or similar quantitative type role, with progressive responsibility
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership
- Strong business & financial acumen
- Ability to influence, lead, and coach cross functional teams
- Portfolio management experience a plus
- Bachelors or Masters degree preferred with major in quantitative field (e.g. Research Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Accounting, Analytics, Predictive Analytics); alternatively 5+ years’ experience plus PhD in Research Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or Predictive Analytics
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to lead a team and planning cycle in fast paced and highly competitive industry with collaborative approach
- Strong communications skills by presentation, written and verbal methods
- Experience in defining and executing go-to-market strategies
- Knowledge of financial drivers, experience in managing return on investment objectives, ability to develop high level financial models and review quarterly forecasts and budgets
- Ability to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas
- At least 18 years of age
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
Washington Pay Range : $153,700.00 - $207,900.00The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the state listed. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay may be above or below this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance, while Retail and Business Sales roles are eligible for monthly or quarterly sales incentives.
