The Role
As a Senior Manager, Customer Operations Analyst, you will bring valuable data insights to the Customer Team. You will learn about Bloomerang's business operations, product adoption and financial reporting to identify trends, opportunities and challenges that we need to address, while bringing strategic recommendations. Additionally, you will be responsible for data visualization and reporting packaging.
What You Will Do
- Translate complex data sets into clear and compelling visualizations that facilitate data-driven decision-making
- Develop and maintain a robust reporting infrastructure to meet the needs of various departments within the organization
- Design, develop, and maintain reports that highlight key trends and patterns within relevant datasets
- Create data-driven strategic recommendations for the business
What You Need to Succeed
- Proven business financial acumen
- Understanding of data systems
- Proven expertise in data visualization
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI)
- Experience working with customer data
- Financial or consulting background
- Strategic thinking with the ability to create actionable insights

- Experience in Rev Ops or Data Science

Compensation
The salary range for this position is: $123,500 - $167,500. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.
Location
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
