Who we are looking for:
We are in search of a talented Sr. Manager, Annual Giving to lead, grow, and execute fundraising strategies to meet Conquer Cancer's revenue goals as established through the development plan and annual budget process. This position is essential to developing insights and strategies to build the Foundation's pipeline and brand.

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the Annual Giving (AG) program through clear fundraising strategies and an omnichannel test/prove/scale approach to growth via acquisition and retention.
- Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the AG program across member, employee and monthly giving.
- Strategize the integration of AG activities including digital and direct mail.
- Drive testing plan for online/offline integrations.
- Oversee the planning, strategy, implementation, analysis, and evaluation of all direct response, including direct mail acquisition and renewal campaigns.
- Manage the Combined Federated Campaign through United Way.
- Share AG budget responsibilities with Online Fundraising.
- Collaborate with leadership to align the brand and improve the relevancy of solicitation content, imagery and design across AG touchpoints.
- Collaborate across divisions to understand and support organizational goals, culture and strategies, including procedures and financial analysis that will help our Philanthropy team expand major gifts.
- Negotiate contracts and lead vendor partners who will help us deploy a test/prove/scale approach to acquisition and retention.
- Prepare and analyze data (ROI, CPDR, LTV, etc) that simplify/clarify reporting to improve business decision making and develop business cases for future investment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to understand and optimize the total customer/donor experience across segments.
- Oversee the AG calendar and manage the offline and online fundraising strategies (solicitation, stewardship, and volunteer activities).
- Collaborate on a 3-year vision horizon to innovate and expand AG w/ online fundraising and division leadership.
- Oversee and manage the professional development of direct reports.
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of progressive online/offline fundraising experience
- 2+ years direct mail experience
- Proficient in CRM/database marketing
- 1 - 2 years of supervisory experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Peer-to-peer (P2P) experience

ADA/Physical Requirements
Fast-paced office environment with extended periods seated or standing at a desk.
