The Supplier Readiness & Advanced Quality Organization within Supplier Quality & Performance Management has an opening for a Senior Manager within the Advanced Quality team. This leader will have responsibility for leading multiple first line managers and teams assigned to executing BDS Requirement Consumption Reviews and Advanced Product Quality Planning. This is a dynamic and exciting role requiring a flexible and experienced leader.
Position Responsibilities:

• Manages employees and first-level managers performing supplier quality activities to ensure that suppliers' production and quality systems, special processes, products, and services meet purchase contract requirements and applicable regulatory agency and government regulations
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve supplier performance
• Provides education and coaching on the Quality System
• Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers, and direct reports
• Manages, develops, and motivates employees and first-level managers

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.
This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
• 3+ years of experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)
• 3+ years of experience working with quality systems (e.g., Boeing Quality Management System (BQMS), International Organization for Standardization (ISO9001), Aerospace Standard (AS9100))
• 3+ years of experience working in Quality, Manufacturing, Business Operations, Supplier Quality or Supplier Management

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• 3+ years of experience developing/managing metrics and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA)
• 3+ years of experience supporting Operational Productivity and Delivery (OPD) and/or Advanced Quality Planning (APQP)
• Six Sigma Certification (MBB, BB, GB)

Relocation:

Position may require travel up to 20% of the time.

Summary pay range (El Segundo / Philadelphia): $144,500 - $195,500
Summary pay range (Berkeley / Mesa / Huntsville): $135,150 - $182,850
