Essential Job Functions:
- Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems and components.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex problems in machinery and equipment.
- Proficient in welding and hydraulics.
- Familiarity with PLC programming and electrical systems.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring employees.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures and protocols.
- Understanding of safety regulations and ability to enforce safety policies.
- Repair and maintain all hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic equipment and machinery
- Diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues.
Education & Experience:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 5 years of experience working on production/manufacturing equipment, forklifts, heavy equipment, and general machinery within the maintenance arena (required)
- 5 years of experience in preventative maintenance and diagnostic of electrical and mechanical components/equipment (required)
- Prior experience or certification in hydraulics, welding, and electrical (required)
