Senior LTC Pharmacy Sales Consultant

Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Baltimore, Harrisburg, Cleveland

50% travel required

Your primary responsibility as the Senior Pharmacy Sales Director will be to generate and qualify new sales leads, propelling Grane Rx to the forefront of the senior healthcare market. Your role is pivotal, as you will:

· Utilize our comprehensive Meds2Home program as a key component of the Grane Rx Value Proposition, capturing viable leads, and forging authentic connections.

· Engage prospects through a blend of networking, digital outreach, onsite visits, and strategic cold calling to create a memorable impression of our unparalleled services and solutions.

· Work closely with market-based teams to accelerate growth in high-potential markets, ensuring consistent performance and developmental strategies.

Key Responsibilities

· Engage in relationship-based selling to promote, secure, and grow new business.

· Generate leads through innovative AI and sales engagement platforms that provide for efficient communication.

· Participate in virtual team meetings and efficiently utilize CRM software for daily tasks.

· Collaborate with the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) for a smooth customer onboarding.

· Design and execute compelling sales presentations tailored to customer needs.

· Initiate discovery calls to understand customer challenges and requirements.

· Develop clear, convincing written proposals and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Grane Rx’s services.

· Represent Grane Rx at trade shows and conventions, and leverage current customer relationships for referrals.

· Acquire crucial market insights and ensure Salesforce is updated as per management’s directives.

We Value Candidates Who Bring:

  • Two or more years of LTC/PACE/healthcare sales experience is required.
  • A Bachelor’s degree that underpins your knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a proven track record of success in healthcare sales
  • Ability to work remotely along with an independence in action with a spirit of collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills to solve problems which build relationship and engage in conversations.
  • Technology experience all Microsoft office programs along with cutting AI platforms like Outreach, Regie.ai, and Saleforce will greatly impress us!

Required Qualifications:

· Proven experience in sales, demonstrating an impressive track record with service-related sales (3+ years).

· Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills to nurture sales relationships.

· Self-motivation with a strong desire to exceed personal and team objectives.

· Proficiency in time management and adept problem-solving abilities.

· Competency with Microsoft Office environment and familiarity with sales CRM tools, Salesforce is a major plus.

· Ability and willingness to travel up to 80% to meet and engage with prospective clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Highly regarded candidates will have 5+ years of relevant experience in sales, especially within the healthcare or pharmacy services sectors.

· A background that includes notable experience utilizing Salesforce.com.

Education:

· A Bachelor degree or equivalent practical experience that prepares you for success.
