What you'll do:
The Senior Loan Operations Manager is responsible for managing the Syndications Loan Servicing team, who handle servicing on the Bank's applicable core systems for multiple business lines and loan/product types, which include, but are not limited to:
1.Syndication Loans
2.Participation Loans
3.Corporate Finance Loans
4.Warehouse Loans
5.Municipal Loans
6.First Out/Last Out Loans
7.FX Loans
8.Equipment Finance Loans
9.Resort Finance Loans
10.Hotel Franchise Loans
11.Equity Fund Resources Loans
12.Interest Rate SWAPs
13.Trust Company Transactions
Ensuring service level standards are achieved; all work is completed accurately and within the required timeframe/deadline; and regulatory compliance, risk management and audit standards are met.
What we are looking for:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing incoming workflow ensuring quality and timeliness, and ensuring no disruption to production during vacations and other out of office events
• Provide technical support and assistance to the team, as needed
• Ensure the team is trained, and cross-trained, to support all business lines and loan/product types
• Ensure service level standards are achieved; all work is completed accurately and within the required timeframe/deadline; and regulatory compliance, risk management and audit standards are met
• Apply a solid knowledge of the business to provide in-depth and sophisticated analysis to define problems and develop creative solutions to meet client and business needs
• Liaison with a wide-range of internal teams and external clients to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement
• Influence strategic functional decisions through advice, counsel or provided services that have direct impact on the business
• Build and maintain strong, effective, and collaborative relationships with colleagues, management, internal/external clients and stakeholders; facilitate and enable change
• Monitor and report on service level standards performance, and other key performance indicators
• Lead and develop a team; responsible for hiring, coaching, performance management, training, and development
• Provide progress reports and recommendations to management
• Assist in other duties and special projects, as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of commercial banking/Loan Operations, specifically syndications (5+ years applicable job experience is highly preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of FIS systems, IBS and ACBS, specifically technical servicing/transaction knowledge
• Advanced office computer system operation (Microsoft Office products)
• Previous experience managing/supervising a team (at least 3-5 individuals)
• Excellent analytical skills to filter, prioritize, and validate potentially complex material from multiple projects
• Effective public speaking and written communication skills
• Intermediate to advanced change management skills
• Flexible, team player, resourceful, "get-it-done" personality
• 4-year degree from an accredited university is highly preferred
