Senior Litigation Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Senior Litigation Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in all aspects of litigation. Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in preparing and drafting legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
• Organize and maintain case files and documents
• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary information
• Drafting and responding to discovery, mediation correspondence, and pleadings
• Manage calendars and schedules for attorneys
• Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness lists
• Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and document management
• Interview clients, make calls to gather additional information or give a status update
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Calendaring deadlines based on the Texas and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure
• Tracking and entering billable time entries
• Corresponding with clerks of the court, process servers, mediators, and clients
• Collaborating with attorneys and other team members

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal
- Strong knowledge of legal procedures and terminology
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Ability to transcribe accurately and efficiently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
