JOB SUMMARY
Manage Liquidity Risk of Truist Financial Corp and its subsidiaries, including Truist Bank. Responsible for maintaining compliance with the Liquidity Risk appetite statement and supporting liquidity metrics, performing liquidity stress testing and scenario analysis, calculating and monitoring key BASEL III metrics such as the Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR), and the monitoring of early warning indicators that would lead to activation of the Contingency Funding Plan. Team works closely with business partners, Capital Management, Interest Rate Risk Management, and Investment Portfolio and Funding to ensure that liquidity strategies are optimized with consideration given to key performance metrics. Develop and execute strategy for the global liquidity, corporate funding, and investment portfolio as authorized by Corporate Treasury (CT) and CIO, Senior Director of Corporate Funding and Liquidity, with the primary purpose of supporting the treasury function in meeting its objectives by optimizing the balance sheet.

Manage Liquidity Risk at Truist Financial Corp. and subsidiaries including Truist Bank Support the LCR methodology and daily calculation review Support key liquidity programs including LCR calculations, crisis management exercises, and 2052a reconcilements Develop reliable analysis in support of clear and effective management and board reporting Prepare for potential funding stress through the development of a Contingency Funding Plan, Early Warning Indicators; and coordinate the Liquidity Crisis Management Team in the event of a stress event Develop and execute strategies for the holistic short and long term corporate liquidity, funding, and investment portfolios. Effectively, identify and implement restructuring and optimization objectives Work with internal and external partners identifying and monitoring risk
Required Qualifications:

1. Masters of Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent education, e.g. MS Economics or Finance and / or CFA designation
2. Ten to twelve years of banking experience
3. Seven to ten years of treasury or market experience, with prior experience in bank treasury preferred
4. Thorough knowledge of fixed income funding, interest rate risk, funding/liquidity, and capital markets
4. Ability to interact with all levels of management
5. Comprehensive understanding of general accounting rules/regulations as it relates to bond portfolios and corporate funding, banking procedures/processes, and thorough understanding of computer/automated general ledger systems
6. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
7. Advanced executive level presentation skills
8. Expert with MS Excel and other MS Office applications
9. Strong financial modeling/analysis skills
10. Experience with Intrader and other trading software platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Five to seven years of bank corporate funding and investment portfolio management experience
2. Strong familiarity with Bloomberg, Yield Book, QRM, INTEX, and other trading/market-based applications.
