As the Senior Key Account Manager, Large Format (SKAM), you will sell Red Bull strategy with a group of Large Format regional accounts. Your responsibilities are: manage regional account budgets and results (Distribution, Price, Promotion, and Quality Points of Distribution (QPOD) within chains); develop relationships with accounts; develop solutions that resonate with customer needs while achieving Red Bull goals; and promote best practices by creating solutions. You will manage a customer joint business plan through the coordination of multifunctional resources such as category management, retail marketing and distributor management. You will report to the Director of Key Accounts, Large Format, and be located in Orlando, FL.

- MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT OF KEY ACCOUNTS
Promote distribution on priority packages
Ensure all assigned account's schematics reflect Red Bull standards relative to flow and package mix
Sell Red Bull's Optimum Price program by using best practices and available tools
Customize presentations to better appeal to customer's needs
Recommend account pricing and probe for future retail price plans
Develop annual promotion schedule
Ensure all promotions are accompanied by POS and incremental displays
Customize sales pitch to achieve account goals while driving permanent displays
Evaluate return before recommending specific POS or customized solutions - MANAGEMENT & DEVELOPMENT OF LOCAL RELATIONSHIPS
Establish 'Wiring Model' that ensures all customers are wired with specific Red Bull personnel
Review tools and templates to ensure Red Bull personnel are providing similar data to customers to ensure consistency across Red Bull - BUDGETS/ANNUAL PLANNING
Construct annual Customer Marketing Agreements and manage associated funds for all designated accounts
Control the budgets to secure agreement on the annual BP budgets - BUSINESS ANALYSIS
Work with Category Management Team to evaluate return with regards to 'pay-for-space' agreements and communicates important insights to HQ
Guide post-promotion analysis with Category Development Manager, following all programs to evaluate promotional effectiveness
Pursue business relationships that result in Red Bull obtaining relevant retailer scan data, basket analysis data. that inspires future strategy and better understanding of consumer purchase patterns
Analyze thoroughly their business/customers sales to establish priorities and focus - BUSINESS REVIEWS & RELATIONSHIPS
Conduct quarterly business reviews to update accounts on business, channel competition and opportunities.
Share examples of Red Bull marketing activities to demonstrate essential points of difference to competition
Provide Energy Insights in promotion, price, or display practices
Contribute to activities to build relationships and 'wire' accounts beyond buyer level - COMMUNICATION & TEAM WORK
Use processes (i.e. Chain Alerts and others) to keep Distributor Partners informed of Key Account programs
Visit Distributor Partners to ensure personal contact and open lines of communication
Work with HQ team, using the input from marketing and finance experts to develop plans for retailers
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Minimum 5 years Sales and Key Account experience in beverage, CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods), or FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industries or within a Direct Store Delivery DSD) operation
- Experience using data sources (i.e. Nielsen, IRI)
- Experience with negotiation
- Must have a valid U.S. driver's license
- Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree
- English, additional languages an advantage
- Travel 30-40%
