Job Description: We are looking for a Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team at MCIT Business Solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support across various IT domains. This includes troubleshooting complex issues, managing IT infrastructure, and providing guidance and support to our clients and team members. You will play a key role in ensuring the stability and efficiency of our IT operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 level support, resolving complex IT issues in a timely manner.
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including network, hardware, and software systems.
• Lead IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain documentation for IT processes, systems, and procedures.
• Conduct regular system audits and implement preventive measures to ensure IT security.
• Offer training and guidance to team members on new technologies and IT best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in IT technology and trends.
• Ongoing professional development is encouraged, and support for further certifications will be provided to enhance expertise and stay abreast of evolving IT trends.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, with a proven track record in Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in various IT tools and software, with a focus on customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified: IT Professional (MCITP), or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are highly desirable.
