Our client is searching for a Senior Infrastructure Engineer with a forward-thinking, collaborative mindset and a strong drive to innovate to join their team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all aspects of network LAN/WAN infrastructure, both in the cloud and on-premises.
• Design, construct, secure, and optimize Azure infrastructure.
• Vigilantly monitor and respond to NOC alerts, encompassing various infrastructure technologies.
• Collaborate in the training of offshore teams in after-hours NOC procedures.
• Oversee the administration of O365, including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and more.
• Manage both cloud and on-premises directory infrastructure.
• Administer server certificates, public domains, and DNS systems.
• Assist in the design and execution of disaster recovery (DR) plans and tests.
• Act as the escalation point for enterprise support, including remote office support.
• Be available for after-hours work as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (BSc/BA or equivalent).
• A minimum of 10 years of work experience in a leadership role within infrastructure or network management.
• Solid proficiency in public cloud platforms, with a preference for experience in Azure.
• Exceptional customer service skills, effective communication, and robust problem documentation abilities.
• Competence in Fortinet firewall design and administration, or equivalent knowledge in solutions like Palo Alto, etc.
• Expertise in network concepts, including BGP, SD-WAN, 802.1x, ExpressRoute, GRE, 802.1q, and more.
• A good grasp of NOC platforms and workflows, such as the TICK stack.
• Experience supporting infrastructure for web applications in a Linux environment.
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms like Active Directory, AzureAD, Okta, Duo, and similar solutions.
• Proven track record of collaborating with security teams.
• Advanced expertise in the Office 365 platform.
