Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead mixed capability and mixed geography team to disposition non-conforming parts
• Perform quality inspections and disposition non-conforming parts accordingly
• Interface onsite daily with customer contacts to gather data, discuss progress, present results and answer any questions
• Review work completed by offsite team members to ensure quality of the analyses, reports, etc
• Seek advice from subject matter experts when required
• Report project status during regular meetings with the customer. Typical reports would include updates on project status, assumptions, information needed, and overall program health
• Execution within multiple services
• Develop work instructions to ensure repeatability

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

• Very strong mechanical and Quality Engineering background
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities
• Experienced with dispositioning non-conforming materials
• Experienced with Net Inspect

Desired Skills:

• Experience working with offshore teams in a collaborative team environment
• Background in FEA or CFD a plus
• Ability to express technical information in a clear and simple way
• Work as a team member in a technical project environment. Must be self-motivated and able to think 'outside the box'

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

• Mix of Office and Shop Floor Environments.
• Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.
• Substantial amounts of hands-on physical manipulation of parts/materials.
• Use of measurement or other devices.
• Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.
• Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.
• Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM
• Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
• Due to the nature of the work, all candidates must be a US Citizen.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $92,137.58 - $110,961.38 per year
