Senior Analyst HRIS

As the Senior Analyst HRIS,you will play a critical role on our HR team, providing advanced support for the organization's Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and related technology platforms. This role involves the management, analysis, and enhancement of HR data, systems, and processes to enable data-driven decision-making, streamline HR operations, and improve overall employee experiences. The Senior Analyst HRIS will collaborate with cross-functional teams, act as a subject matter expert, and contribute to the design and execution of HRIS strategies. Additionally, you will perform all duties in accordance with HR competencies, Human Resources strategic plan and related initiatives, and in compliance with local, state, and federal rules, regulations, and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • HRIS Administration: Oversee the maintenance and optimization of HRIS software, ensuring data integrity, system security, and overall functionality. Assist in managing user access, security protocols, and troubleshoot system-related issues.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Develop and generate complex reports and dashboards to support HR and organizational decision-making. Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with HR teams and business stakeholders to identify and streamline HR processes and workflows through automation and system enhancements.
  • Continuously assess HRIS performance and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
  • Integration and Data Migration: Participate in the integration of a new HRIS with other HR and business systems. Manage data migration and maintain data consistency across platforms.
  • Compliance and Data Security: Ensure that HRIS data is compliant with applicable data protection regulations and internal policies. Assist in audits and compliance reporting as needed.
  • Training and Documentation: Develop and deliver training programs and documentation for HRIS users as needed. Act as a resource for HR teams, providing guidance on system usage and best practices.
  • Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with HRIS vendors for system updates, enhancements, and issue resolution. Work closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure HRIS solutions meet their needs.
  • HR Technology Research: Stay updated on emerging HR technologies and trends, making recommendations for potential adoption to improve HR operations.
  • Demonstrate excellent service to internal team members and patients.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Five plus years of experience in HRIS data management and analytics, HRIS, or HR technology roles.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint. Visio a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, data standards, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional, team environment.
  • Experience with specific HRIS platforms such as Workday, PeopleSoft, or SAP SuccessFactors.

Physical Demands


Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The worker must have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Ability to lift to 15 lbs. independently not to exceed 50 lbs. without help.
