- You can identify and define problems, research and sort through data, get to the root of issues through multiple perspectives and land on solid recommendations for stakeholders.
- You enjoy building relationships with people at all levels in an organization and multiple organization while executing deliverables.
- You have an adaptable communication style to meet your audience where they are.
- You're highly motivated, results-oriented, self-starter and thrive in a working environment where priorities shift quickly, and you can deliver results with minimal guidance.
- You enjoy managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- A minimum of 4+ years of Human Resources experience, with an array of specialties, but an emphasis in Classification & Compensation
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field (experience can be substituted for education on a year for year basis)
- A desirable qualification for Public Sector Experience (any combination of city, county, state, federal)
