Senior Hr Consultant - Classification & Compensation

The Classification and Compensation Team is looking for a Senior HR Consultant.
As a Senior HR Consultant on the Classification and Compensation Team, you will have an opportunity to showcase your talents conducting studies and strategies related to job audits, development and maintenance of class concepts and structures, position allocations, salary reviews, total rewards, compensation and more with public organizations of all sizes across the United States of America.

• You can identify and define problems, research and sort through data, get to the root of issues through multiple perspectives and land on solid recommendations for stakeholders.
• You enjoy building relationships with people at all levels in an organization and multiple organization while executing deliverables.
• You have an adaptable communication style to meet your audience where they are.
• You're highly motivated, results-oriented, self-starter and thrive in a working environment where priorities shift quickly, and you can deliver results with minimal guidance.
• You enjoy managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

• A minimum of 4+ years of Human Resources experience, with an array of specialties, but an emphasis in Classification & Compensation
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a closely related field (experience can be substituted for education on a year for year basis)
• A desirable qualification for Public Sector Experience (any combination of city, county, state, federal)
