This is a REMOTE opportunity, though in office as needed – Must live within 3-4 hours of Jacksonville, FL.
SOME RESPONSIBLITIES INCLUDE:
- Be a true Business Partner to your business units
- Work with leaders to provide guidance and support organizational and People team strategy, workforce planning, employee retention, employee relations, management coaching, performance management, and change management
- Use data analytics to drive strategic decisions regarding talent management
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- 5-7 years of experience supporting 500+ employees
- ERP experience
- Ability to use data to make decisions and influence change
- Permanent US work authorization.

One Call acts as a support conduit between Insurance companies and medical providers in support of injured workers across the nation. Our Care Coordinators are organized into the following business units which are designed to get injured workers back on the job by helping them through each step of the process
