Senior Healthcare Recruiter
Location: Hybrid/On-Site - Austin,Texas
Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00
Commission Structure: 5-10% Commission And Up to 100% of base Bonus Plan
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in Healthcare Staffing
- Experience carrying a desk of 40+ TOA within Travel Nursing / Allied Health
- Consistent Job history (at least 3+ years in same firm)

About the Role
This person will be a valued asset to the team and the main focus is to fill Travel Nursing / Allied positions within healthcare facilities across the country- while utilizing the top tools in the industry with a great support system of leadership.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and engage with travel healthcare professionals
- Establish, build, and maintain relationships with new and recurring candidates
- Establish goals and long term career objectives
- Develop your professional skill set
- Work closely with AM / BDM to ensure jobs are being filled
Candidate Requirements
- Extensive experience within the healthcare staffing market 6+ Years preferred
- Proven billing of 1M+ or 40+TOA
- A passion for growth and professional development
