- Must be flexible and have a can do/willing to learn attitude.
- Ability to assembly/debug/repair computers & Test fixture equipment.
- Lab management aptitude (Networking, Maintenance, Inventory, Shipping and Safety).
- Manage Test Equipment BOMs Experience with Enterprise system such as SAP/Speed/Epicor etc.
- Basic understanding of programming languages (Java, C++, Python).
- Understanding of system imaging using ISOs (CloneZilla or other).
- Can work with design team to collect requirements of PCB components per platform and board designs.
- Is able to assist with creation of repository of electronic and mechanical parts documentation for BOM management.
- Is capable of streamlining BOM processes through automation including tracking of obsolete parts, lead-time and change notices.
- Under Design Engineer guidance can prepare specifications, evaluate vendors, and analyze test reports to ensure components conform to required standards and specifications.
- Test frameworks such as TestStand or Labview.
- Operation of Oscilloscopes, power supplies and other debug equipment.
- Capability to perform PCB rework and debug.
