As a Senior Graphic Designer, who works in Towson, MD, Valley City, OH, or remotely, you'll be part of our in-house advertising agency-aka the "Studio Team". To excel at this role, you will bring:
• Exceptional design skills that can visually bring to life conceptual ideas.
• A portfolio that shows range of design capabilities, styles, and approaches.
• A firm understanding of the creative process and an understanding of how to execute ideas based on a strategic creative brief/creative strategy.
• Strong conceptual and creative thinking with the ability to generate ideas across a range of activations, including broadcast TV/connected TV, digital touchpoints, print/OOH, influencer marketing, and social media just to name a few.
• 360° thinking with consumer touchpoint/journey awareness - full marketing funnel understanding
• The ability to develop brand/campaign style guides-considering overall look, feel, tone, etc. and documenting the creative parameters necessary for consistent campaign execution across regions.
• Exceptional time management
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player attitude with the ability to communicate effectively, manage expectations, incorporate feedback, and problem-solve when needed.
The Person:

• 4-year degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years' work experience with an in-house marketing team or advertising agency
