JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for managing company-wide fixed assets, assist in quarterly corporate budget plans, share-based compensation, and preparing corporate commissions. Also, responsible for assigned journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and reviewing General Ledger information for accuracy. Prepares and assists with quarterly audit information as well as yearly tax information.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Manages Fixed Assets company-wide (asset additions, transfers, disposals, leased capital equipment and depreciation for all sites).

Assists the Administrator of General Ledger Accounting in the preparation of 10 Q and 10 K by preparing footnotes and document review through preparation of tie out binder.

Assist in the preparation and accuracy of assigned General Ledger accounts and the associated journal entries (i.e. Fixed Assets, share-based compensation, cash and others as necessary).

Assists with monthly financial information for internal distribution and for the Board of Directors.

Prepares and maintains corporate commissions based on contracts. (Inside and Outside).

Participates in quarterly budget plans.

Prepares quarterly audit information for internal and external audits.

Responsible for SARs tracking.

May be required to work with external auditors in relation to Sarbanes Oxley testing and fiscal year audit/review related issues.

MUST HAVES:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required

- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting or accounting review

- Must have strong General Ledger skills
