You will create business models and design new features from inception to launch.

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to conceptualize, plan, and implement new features or updates to the game.

  • Work closely with the analytics team to measure, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and user feedback.

  • Drive A/B testing and iterate on features to optimize the game's performance and player satisfaction.

  • Lead cross-functional teams and ensure delivery of high-quality features and updates.

  • Communicate product strategies, progress, and results to stakeholders within the company.

Qualifications

  • 5-8 years of experience in product management, plus if it's in mobile gaming.

  • Proven track record of managing successful products, with a focus on player engagement and monetization.

  • You have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven and detail-oriented approach.

  • Passion for gaming, with a deep understanding of mobile game trends, mechanics, and player behavior.

If you are passionate about mobile gaming and possess the expertise and leadership capabilities to drive the success of Design Home at Electronic Arts, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
