Requirements
Qualifications:
We are looking for candidates with a bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of industry experience in software development, preferably from an asset management industry or startup or technology company in similar field. Successful candidates typically have a track record of academic excellence and substantial experience in software development.
Essential Skills:
- Deep knowledge of web languages, including JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and/or CSS.
- Proficiency in at least one backend language, such as Python or Java.
- Ability to develop products with clear and intuitive UX/UI.
- Experience in managing day-to-day technical and design direction for production-level software.
- While not required, prior experience in managing and developing junior talent is a definite plus.
