Senior Fraud Investigator
The Asset Protection and Compliance Senior Associate (Senior Fraud Investigator) will be responsible for planning and conducting audits and investigations covering a broad range of the Company's operations to determine if functional areas are conducting operations in accordance with established guidelines, policies, procedures, and governmental and legal requirements.
The Asset Protection and Compliance Senior Associate reports to the Asset Protection and Compliance Senior Manager or Manager.
Compensation Range: $66,000 - $85,800 annually
Location: Tigard, OR (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
  • Lead projects of data analysis, audits, and investigations of the Company's Compliance and Fraud & Ethics functions, including planning, organizing, execution, and reporting of results
  • Assist in supervising team members (associates, interns, and rotational members) to include interviewing, training, mentoring, and evaluation
  • Perform detail analyses and develop tools targeted at the identification of potential compliance gaps
  • Contribute to the identification of risks, scoping, and developing detailed audit programs and investigations
  • Assist with oral and written presentations to management during and at project conclusion, discuss deficiencies, recommend corrective actions, and assist in appraising the status of changes to be made
  • Perform ongoing monitoring, analysis, and reporting to support the successful operation of the business
  • Engage in cross-collaboration efforts between Home Office teams and Store Operations to ensure store support of company initiatives
  • Support the team's acquisition and divestiture activities, which may include flexible hours or travel

  • 2 - 5 years of audit or compliance experience in public accounting and/or private industry, Big 4 experience a plus
  • BS/BA degree in an accounting or finance related field from an accredited college or university
  • CPA/CIA/CFE certification or eligible candidate preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, and SharePoint
  • Experience with CDK, Hyperion Financial Management, SQL, and/or Workiva audit software a plus
