Purpose of the job
This is a newly created role to provide additional support to the current budgeting and Analysis needs of the region. The position will support the existing TE finance business partner in the FP&A process as well as in the monthly reporting requirements that are undertaken.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the preparation of monthly reporting pack with analysis
- Cash flow management and forecasts
- Assist with the preparation of the budgets and forecasts
- Analysis of actuals, Budgets and Forecasts
- Update the various data repositories and dashboards
- Extract data from key systems, databases, Tableau
- Maintain and update monthly partnership lounge cost tracker reports.
- Prepare various monthly reports such as for Marketing, Call Centre, Account Management, CLT.
- Create and submit lounge and client profitability, client data analysis reports based on the databases and models created or databases from the Business Intelligence Function and Finance
Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required
- Finance or accountancy background, possibly part or fully qualified CPA/other
- Familiarity with Tableau
- Excellent Excel skills with experience with VBA and Excel functions and expressions
- Strong SQL skills, in particular Microsoft SQL Server
- Strong analytical experience in highly complex data environment
- Management Information report design & production experience with ability to produce simple and complex reports
- Knowledge of Power Pivot and Power Query (Excel) (desirable but not essential)
- Experience with any other database and BI solutions (desirable but not essential)
- Highly organised and able to manage individual workload and operate within the context of a team
