Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting
- 5-7 years' experience in Finance or Accounting or similar role with complex analytical assignments
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite experience (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Critical thinking skills, working both independently and in a team, prioritizing workload and meeting deadlines
- Ability to present findings to management
- Master's degree in finance or healthcare administration
- Experience developing a complex operating budget
- Experience in healthcare with understanding of reimbursement
- Professional certification (i.e. CPA, CMA, CHFP)
- Working in complex computer financial systems
- Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, powerpivot, vlooksups, etc)
