This is an exciting Senior Field Service Engineer opportunity with one fo the nation’s top full service industrial electrical contractors. With the catch phrase “We do it all,” this electrical contractor designs, builds, installs and maintains their clients’ systems, projects, and facilities.
In this Senior Field Service Engineer role, you will be providing high level technical service to assist on site construction team with BMS deployments and validation of design and installation, as well as PLC/SCADA controls designs and systems solutions.

Senior Field Service Engineer Responsibilities:
- Provide customer support and collaborate with project team to assist in developing cost effective methods for an efficient SCADA controls design and systems solutions
- Work with essential/key team members to understand their systems requirements to ensure the correct IP infrastructure, points list, critical alarms, and scaling set points are integrated as designed
- Work on construction sites, assisting the site controls engineer with BMS system deployments, validations of design and installation, PLC code development & deployment, ventilation, chiller plant alarming, monitoring of feedback associated with valves, fans and controls associated with BMS system and integration
- Write detailed daily reports pertaining to jobsite milestones related to mechanical engineers and integration on BMS projects
Schedule: Monday-Friday, day shift. Either in office or job specific to job site
Pay: $65/hour
Senior Field Service Engineer Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in engineering related discipline preferred
- 5+ of electrical controls experience within the light industrial, HVAC, or manufacturing industry
- Strong PLC experience regarding commissioning, troubleshooting and integration
- Proficient with understanding electrical and mechanical schematics as well as control diagrams
- Able to manage large scale controls projects, specifications, schedule and customer requirements
