Your Role:

We are seeking an energetic and experienced Senior Field Marketing Manager with 6+ years of proven expertise in building out B2B regional marketing strategies. Your primary objective is to move accounts through the sales pipeline and accelerate the sales cycle for prospects and customers through the execution of marketing programs. The ideal candidate will act as the CMO of their region, holding the responsibility of a fully integrated Field Marketing plan aligned with the revenue goals of their region, with a focus on building high-quality net new pipeline and accelerating existing pipeline 


Your efforts will successfully  drive demand generation, brand awareness, and revenue growth within our target markets and help raise the bar for security for organizations globally.

Tasks & Responsibilities:
    • Develop strategic Field Marketing plans aligned with overall company goals and objectives, focusing on mid-to-bottom of the funnel activations, brand visibility, and in-region expansion.
    • Collaborate closely and regularly with the East/FinServ sales team and leadership on account planning, and tailor regional marketing plans to help sales meet their goals.
    • Plan and execute regional in-person activities including trade shows, roundtables and unique experiences, ensuring effective pre-event, on-site, and post-event strategies.
    • Implement and execute ABM programs with a focus on pipeline acceleration within key accounts.
    • Track the effectiveness of regional marketing efforts by analyzing SFDC data and gathering qualitative feedback from the field in an effort to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with regional leadership and key stakeholders to drive collaborative marketing opportunities.
    • Work closely with members of the marketing team to develop or leverage compelling content, collateral, campaigns and sales tools to support Field Marketing activities.

Basic Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
    • Based on the East Coast in the US (this is a remote role but Eastern time zone is important)
    • 6+ years of experience in a B2B Field Marketing role (cybersecurity industry experience is a plus)
    • Self-starter who can work independently with the ability to execute flawlessly
    • Strong attention to detail 
    • Thrives in a deadline-driven environment
    • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
    • Ability to travel along the East Coast 20-30% of the time 
    • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, Marketo and WordPress systems is a plus
$120,000 - $145,000 a year
If located near one of Yubico's hub offices in Santa Clara, San Francisco, or Bellevue, this role has the annual salary range stated above. Actual compensation is based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, specific work location, and job-related knowledge, skills and experience. For roles that are filled remotely, the compensation range will be localized according to employee work location by a factor between 80% and 100% of the range. Pay ranges are US applicable only. Yubico offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work. The expected total compensation for this position will range from $120,000 to $145,000 with a bonus.
