Executive Advisor
The Executive Advisor (EA) primary duty is to serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to Senior Level Government Official(s); as well as, managing all office affairs.
Responsibilities:
· Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks including managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings.
· Plan, coordinate and ensure the Principal's schedule is followed and respected.
· Diplomatic "gatekeeper", creating win-win situations for direct access to the Principal's time and office.
· Responsible for managing and leading Front Office projects.
· Responsible for taking client meeting notes and capturing action items.
· Responsible for all action items and tasks from start to completion; including, but not limited to serving as a project/event lead.
· Support Offsite events (e.g., develop agenda, materials and communicate via proper client channels).
· Work with leadership to update slides decks and talking points for various presentations.
· Meeting with the Principal(s) once a week to review and walk through each initiative target dates, risk levels, development status and approvals.
Core Competencies:
· Robust knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
· Knowledge of the following tools: SharePoint and Adobe Applications.
· Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
· Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, and clients.
· Exceptional level of written and verbal communication skills.

MUST be a US Citizen, eligible to obtain security clearance; current DOE suitability preferred.
Education: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; and 8-10 years related experience supporting C-Level Executives.
Location: The position is on-site based out of Washington, D.C.
Hours: Full-Time available during standard operating hours 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $85K - 95K
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
