Job Description
Expert knowledge in ArcGIS implementation including (ArcGIS Desktop, Enterprise SDE, DataStore, GeoEvent, Portal and ArcGIS Server) in a multi hosted environment.
Expert knowledge in ArcGIS Enterprise 10.8.1 or higher (ArcGIS Portal, ArcGIS Server), Enterprise Geodatabase (ArcSDE), and ArcGIS Pro/Desktop.
Minimum 5 years' experience in performing SQL development in Oracle 19c in Oracle RDMS and ability to create procedures, triggers, sequences, constraints, user roles
application SQL tuning and diagnosing performance issues in an ESRI enterprise GeoDatabase environment.
Minimum 5 years' experience in working with Schneider ArcFM Desktop 10.8 and working knowledge of Designer, GDBM, versioning and session management.
Must know how to build Enterprise Geodatabases (ArcSDE), and working knowledge of ArcGIS Pro/ArcMap Desktop. Including tasks of installation,
configuration management, security patching of ESRI products.
Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle with an emphasis on system maintenance, configuration, integration and information assurance.
Minimum 5 years' experience in design, test and develop systems and components of GIS to meet functional requirements.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Microsoft C#, Visual Studio in creating new, modify existing and debug ArcFM custom auto updaters.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Python 2.x/3.x, ArcPy in creating new, modify existing and debugging custom code.
Minimum 5 years' experience in document requirements, designs, demonstrate/document test results and procedures.
Minimum 5 years' experience in working with request and incident management systems (ServiceNow, IBM ClearQuest Application Lifecycle Management - ALM or similar)
Minimum of 3 years' experience in mentoring and provide guidance to ESRI IT developer and IT contracted associates in problem resolution and best practices.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in support a enterprise ESRI GIS environment in performing daily support of incidents and request from start to resolution.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in working on multiple corporate projects and managing work load by priority, constraints, effort and emergency request for support.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Energy Electric distribution utility experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in Energy GAS transmission and Energy Gas distribution utility business with linear referencing.
Must have working experience in creating new, changing and debugging in ArcGIS Desktop model builder.
Must have working experience in using ESRI's JavaScript API, ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, Experience Builder, Survey123 and understanding of ArcGIS Online functionality.
Must have working experience in creating physical architecture diagram and ability to illustrate changes to existing environment and provide work effort estimates.
Must have working experience is MS Visio, MS Excel, PowerShell, Command prompt batch files, Source control management (GitHub, DevOps or similar).
Must have working experience in communicating information concisely and accurately, both oral and written.
Must have working knowledge of ESRI ArcGIS PRO 2.x / 3.x, understanding the differences in ESRI Geometric data model and the ESRI Utility Network data model.
Understanding of migrating from an ArcMap environment to ArcGIS PRO environment.
Understanding of Microsoft Azure or Amazon AWS cloud implementation of an ESRI GIS environment.
Understanding of FME workbenches and a FME Server infrastructure.
