To lead the engineering function for Kem Krest toward the 'Best in Class' engineered, end-to-end Supply Chain solutions for new and existing customers.

Outcome: Develop process and procedure to manage the Kem Krest engineering team:
- Manage resources for projects for new and existing customers
- Identify know how gaps and address them creating new processes and solutions by leveraging talent, technology and external resources
- Understand key performance indicators by site

- Create growth and development of in-house engineering talent while fostering a curious mindset towards priorities and value creation
- Align with on-site directors and managers to develop key metrics for use in management of engineering team
