How You Will Contribute Establishes and implements short and long-term strategies designed to support continuous growth of the revenue and profitability for the company Oversees Commercial systems administration and help to optimize the implementation and utilization of all systems Manages the current resource (one direct report) and develop plans for future staffing and support Develops metrics and analytics that will assist Commercial leadership in overcoming challenges and consistently delivering against performance targets Assists Commercial managers with the development and execution of Onboarding and Training programs Refines and optimizes both intra- and inter-departmental processes Supports the development and administration of the Commercial budget Assists with the preparation of Management and Board level presentations of Commercial performance Maintains familiarity with key regulations, market trends and key business events in the Life Sciences Industry (through research, attending events/webinars/conferences, etc.), synthesizing these insights for internal and external presentation Participates in industry functions to help ensure an effective Greenphire presence and to personally maintain appreciation for market and client needs For Consideration You Will Have Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Operations Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience Experience with Salesforce.com Excellent track record in developing Commercial programming that delivered successful outcomes Must be capable of effective project management, including the ability to identify problems, potential solutions, and managing the project through to completion. Must possess excellent computer and computer software skills and experience including but not limited to: word processing, (i.e., MS Word), presentation, (i.e., PowerPoint, Visio), data analysis (i.e., MS Excel).
