We’re seeking a Senior Director of Programs to lead the team in bringing our evidence-based programs to life. You’ll own the strategy that brings applied products, creative storytelling, and community engagement into the hands of thousands of users. Your role is integral in translating research, brand identity, and core assets into real and measurable impact. Our team is also fully remote so while our organization's address is NY, NY, you can live anywhere in the United States.
Core Ownership and Responsibilities:
- Programs Strategy: Develop and operationalize a program strategy and budget including all programs, site and product, creative, and community engagement. Within this you’ll establish area Objectives and Key Results (ORKs), metrics for success tracking, impact analysis, and reporting.
- Team Development: Manage the team members, vendors, and stakeholders who will contribute to the success of the strategy, and work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the executive team in relation to research and development.
- Learn Kind: Develop and oversee the strategy for our program serving kids and families, for the growth and expansion of the program and increased impact globally.
- Live Kind: Develop and oversee the strategy for our program serving individuals and communities through multi-channel engagement strategy including site, social, applied products, and on the ground initiatives.
- Creative: We are deeply committed to storytelling that brings the mission and work to life and activates kindness across multiple audiences. You will oversee and shepherd the creative strategy including copy, marketing, presentation, social, and more.
- Work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Science Officer on cross-functional organizational goals related to corporate partnerships and CSR, sustainability, development, and research.
