Opportunity: Sr. Director of Partnership Development
Location: Remote, Anywhere in the US
Compensation: $120,000-$140,000. Plus benefits and Eligibility for Commission (8% on >$500k annual generated revenue)

The Opportunity:
Reporting to the VP Partnership Development, the SENIOR DIRECTOR OF PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT mobilizes, develops and manages Regional Directors to execute on a go-to market strategy for revenue generation in designated territories, collaborates with the new sales operations team to drive and scale public school-based partnerships using data, and shepherds new partners throughout the contract stage of the A4E partnership lifecycle.
Key Priorities During Your First Year
What You’ll Do:
MOBILIZE, DEVELOP, AND MANAGE A GROWING REGIONAL SALES DIRECTOR TEAM
Conduct performance evaluations, develop career progress plans, and leverage the strengths and expertise of five (5) Regional Directors.
Create accountability structures and systems for sales team to reach and exceed benchmark and goals; includes coaching and developing individuals towards outcomes
Analyze talent needs, gaps, and growth areas in order to build an inclusive team culture and reduce turnover.
Work in collaboration with the Human Resources team to design and execute onboarding and staff training experiences that prepare staff to reach revenue goals.
Tap into institutional knowledge and team expertise to develop a repository for positions.
Address escalated revenue issues and assist in resolving and/or coaching Regional Directors through escalated issues and concerns.
EXECUTE THE VISION AND GO-TO MARKET STRATEGY FOR REVENUE GENERATION AND GROWTH ($3.4M 2024FY goal with an anticipated goal of $4.08M 2025Y, and a +20% YOY)
In partnership with the VP, co-develop a roadmap using data insights and an understanding of the national educational and political landscape;
Manage the lead generation process for the sales team – targeting and attracting middle to large high school district partnerships each year.
Use data to activate Regional Sales Directors (e.g., data such as customer acquisition costs, marketing qualifying leads, sales qualified leads) towards strategically allocating resources and expanding pipeline generation and territory plans.
Facilitate and pitch program offerings and highlight EOS’s impact to district Superintendents.
COLLABORATE WITH NEW SALES OPERATIONS TEAM AND USE DATA TO DRIVE AND SCALE BUSINESS
Collaborate with Peer, Senior Director, Sales Operations and Data Analytics to ensure the timely signing of contracts and processing timelines.
Strategize to determine funding model opportunities based on district/school needs.
Use ongoing client communications, status and change data and activities in EOS’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (Salesforce) to expand business.

Travel: During your first year, it's anticipated that you will travel approximately 30% of the year. This may include team retreats, district-level engagements and meetings, and serving as an EOS ambassador at regional conferences and convenings. There is flexibility in regards to when travel takes place.
