iRedeemHealth is a trusted leader in the health and wellness industry, ecommerce innovator, and dedicated to distributing and servicing high-quality products and solutions that improve consumers health.

We are seeking a Senior Director of Operations to join the senior leadership team as we scale our infrastructure to support our growth goals. This position will report directly to the CEO and partner closely with the Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Product. They will be responsible for managing and optimizing the warehouse, logistics, customer service, and supply chain processes to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be able to both think strategically to develop plans to improve productivity and roll up their sleeves to solve daily issues.

This position is on-site in New Jersey

Accountabilities and Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day ecommerce operations of Customer Service, Warehouse, and Sales Operations/Onboarding and process improvement for those areas

· Manage the onboarding process and execution for new clients, partners and customers and ensure seamless integration into existing process and system and efficient communication with various departments.

· Develop and implement best practice for efficient warehouse operations, logistics, order fulfillment, and inventory management

· Develops, documents, and executes standard operating procedures across all facilities and delivery operations

· Develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) in efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction including identification and implementation of improvement plans

· Troubleshoots and solves daily issues across multiple departments and develops steps to reduce issues in the future

· Quality control to meet client SLAs and government regulations and standards

Position Requirements

· Five to seven years of prior management experience in operational roles.

· Experience with warehouse management, inventory management, distribution, and/or customer service

· Demonstrated leadership with process improvement, operations optimizations and, project management

· Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and standards

· Strong leadership and team management skills

· Comfortable with quick changes in priorities

Preferred Requirements

· Strong working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics, using NetSuite or similar business management software

· Ecommerce experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
